CanalMarket International (canalmarketinternational.com) is a global wholesale distribution platform operated by CanalMarket Group, Torre Las Américas, Tower A, 12th Floor, Punta Pacífica, Panama City, Republic of Panama (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and the rights you have.

1. Data we collect

  • Account and order data: name, company, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, billing and shipping address, order history and messages you send to sellers or to our team.
  • Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. We never store full card numbers; we receive only a payment confirmation, the last four digits and the billing name.
  • Seller data: company details, tax ID, product listings and plan information for suppliers who sell on the platform.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and referral source, collected through cookies and Google Analytics 4.

2. How we use your data

  • To process orders, quotes, wholesale inquiries and shipments, and to send order confirmations and tracking updates.
  • To create and manage buyer and seller accounts and seller plans.
  • To answer your questions by email, WhatsApp, phone or our AI assistant, and to follow up on quote requests.
  • To prevent fraud, secure the website (Wordfence) and comply with legal obligations.
  • To send commercial communications about products and plans when you have agreed to receive them; you can opt out at any time.

3. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies (cart, login, security) and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies are required for checkout to work.

4. Sharing of data

We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping and logistics partners, email and CRM providers, hosting and security providers, and the sellers from whom you buy (name, address and order details needed to fulfil your order). Data may be processed in Panama, the United States and the United Arab Emirates, where CanalMarket Group operates. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention

We keep order and invoice data for as long as required by tax and commercial law (generally 5 years) and account data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, download or delete your personal data, object to marketing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to salescanalmarket@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days. Residents of the EU/UK, California and other jurisdictions have the additional rights granted by their local laws (GDPR, CCPA and equivalents).

7. Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption, firewall protection and access controls. Payments are handled on the secure pages of Stripe and PayPal.

8. Children

The platform is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
